Application of anti dispersant in underwater non dispersing cement slurry
Function
Underwater non dispersing cement slurry is a grouting material that is beneficial for repairing and sealing engineering defects. It has underwater anti dispersion properties and can maintain a low cement slurry loss rate even in complex water flow conditions. This ensures that the slurry can set and harden normally during underwater construction operations and maintain good working performance.
Material Introduction
Underwater non dispersing cement slurry is mainly prepared by mixing ordinary cement slurry materials with anti dispersing agents. The anti dispersing agent is usually a water-soluble polymer. Due to the bridging effect of polymer chains, the anti dispersing agent has a certain viscosity when dissolved in water, which can connect cement particles and aggregate particles to form a stable flexible network structure, improve the cohesion of cement slurry, slow down the dispersion, segregation and loss of cement slurry, etc. Therefore, it can play an excellent role in construction filling in water rich formations and underwater operations.
Experiment and Results
Taking cement slurry as an example, our company has added anti dispersant to the slurry for mixing. The significant difference between the cement slurry before and after adding and after entering the water can be compared from the video:
Practical Application
Anti dispersant can also be applied in cement slurry. Taking tunnel engineering as an example, traditional cement mortar synchronous grouting is easily diluted by groundwater in water rich formations, and even suffers from severe loss under the action of water head pressure, which can easily create formation gaps and is not conducive to formation filling. Therefore, we add a reasonable amount of anti dispersant in the synchronous grouting ratio of the cement mortar system, which can prevent the slurry from becoming turbid after entering the water, reduce cement loss rate, have good cohesion, strong anti dispersion ability, and reduce the shrinkage rate and bleeding of the mortar, ensuring the filling of the pipe wall.
