The full name of SBTi is The Science Based Targets initiative. It is a project jointly initiated by the United Nations Global Compact, the Carbon Disclosure Program (CDP), the World Resources Institute (WRI) and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). It is the most recognized framework for setting emission reduction goals based on the latest climate science. It provides guidance for enterprises to formulate and achieve emission reduction targets.
So far, 4046 companies have submitted their carbon reduction goals to SBTi, and 1919 of them have passed the verification. According to the greenhouse gas accounting system (GHG protocol), Biaosheng Science and Technology Experimental Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has conducted its own carbon inventory and set short-term and long-term goals based on science. After the review of the SBTi expert team, the materials submitted by us were recognized, and the scientific objectives submitted by the company were successfully certified.
